Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our products. Since I am a blacksmith my typing is slow and cumbersome. So for quotes and simple questions that don't require a lot of typing, Email is best. For "how to" questions the Phone is best. For custom CNC Plasma Cutting send your project in either a dxf format or a clean line drawing on white paper no bigger than 8.5x11" with the size, quantity and metal thickness of the parts you wish to have cut out. -Thank You, Jim

For U.S. orders I use U.S. Mail flat rate shipping. For small orders of 1 to 5 items most items will fit into a $5.00 flat rate shipping box. With the exception of the holly candle holder and the angle blanks, And all the tools. I am adding new products weekly so I am sure there will be other items that will not fit. For large orders and the bigger items I will use the $13.95 flat rate shipping box. I can ship up tp 70lbs in this box. If the item is to big for U.S. mail, I will note the items in the description box that must be shipped via UPS. For items being shipped outside the continental US I will use priority mail or UPS whichever is cheapest. |
